I need to cancel or reschedule my booking. What’s the easiest way?
Need to cancel or reschedule your appointment?
The easiest way is via the confirmation text or email you received when booking; simply click the manage booking link to make any changes.
Alternatively, you can contact the salon directly during business hours, and our team will be happy to assist.
Please note: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules to avoid cancellation fees or loss of deposit.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is both free and paid parking available nearby for your convenience. We recommend allowing a little extra time before your appointment to find a park and arrive feeling relaxed for your appointment.
What payment options do you have?
We offer a range of payment options for your convenience.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, and PayID for selected services. While all payment methods are welcome, cash is always preferred where possible — help us keep cash alive and support small businesses.
Please note that card payments may incur a small processing fee.
A 40% booking fee is required to secure most appointments and can be paid via a secure payment link or card on file.
Do you do gift vouchers?
Absolutely! We offer both physical and digital gift vouchers, perfect for birthdays, special occasions, or simply spoiling someone you love.
Gift vouchers can be customised to a dollar amount or specific service and are available to purchase in salon or online.

Can I bring my kids?
Yes, we are a child-friendly salon and understand that sometimes little ones need to come along to your appointment.
We kindly ask that children are supervised at all times to ensure a safe, relaxing environment for all clients and to allow your stylist to work safely and precisely throughout your service.
Please note that for cosmetic tattoo appointments, we ask that you attend without children, as these appointments require extra concentration and minimal interruptions.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We primarily operate by appointment only to ensure every client receives the time, care, and attention they deserve.
While we may occasionally have last-minute availability for walk-ins, we highly recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment — especially for evenings, weekends, and longer appointments
