CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel, amend, or reschedule. All changes must be made during business hours.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit your deposit, and a new one will be required to rebook.

RESCHEDULING

We send a confirmation email 72 hours before your appointment to allow time for changes.

Reschedules made before 48 hours will have the deposit transferred as credit to your new booking.

LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations within 1 hour of your appointment are classed as a no-show. Your deposit will be forfeited and the full appointment fee charged.

NO-SHOWS 

Failure to attend will forfeit your deposit, and the full appointment fee will be charged.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to complete your service. This will be treated as a no-show, and fees will apply.

DEPOSITS

A 40% deposit is required to secure all appointments and must be paid at least 48 hours prior to your appointment start time unless otherwise advised.

If your deposit has not been received by the required timeframe, your appointment may be automatically cancelled and offered to clients on our waitlist.
